Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is free, with no minimum purchase, for orders we can deliver within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C.

Destinations and checkout

Domestic Standard service

We ship to the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to military addresses with AA, AE, or AP state codes, including APO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping to eligible addresses is free with no minimum purchase. For a PO Box within the 50 states or D.C., available carrier service is shown at checkout. If an address cannot be served, we will contact you before fulfillment.

Processing and transit

We estimate 1–2 business days to process an order, then 2–4 business days in transit after dispatch. The estimated total is 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. These are estimates, not delivery guarantees. The final shipping charge, if any special method is offered, is shown before you submit an order.

Tracking and delays

When a carrier provides tracking, we send the tracking information to the email associated with the order. A carrier scan may take time to appear. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with a revised timing and let you accept it or cancel for a prompt refund. Weather, remote routes, and carrier disruptions can affect transit.

Address changes

Please email us quickly if a delivery address is wrong. We can attempt a change before dispatch, but cannot guarantee rerouting after a package enters the carrier network. Contact us about a missing or damaged shipment so we can review the tracking and item details.
