Payment options may vary by customer location, device, and order eligibility. The payment methods offered for your order appear at checkout before you submit it. Payment service providers process payments; outdostyle remains the seller responsible for the order.

Authorization and payment questions

A payment provider may authorize or temporarily hold funds when an order is attempted. A declined transaction may be caused by the provider or issuer. If you believe you were charged twice, contact us with the order reference and the last four digits only; we will investigate with the processor. We may use appropriate fraud screening before fulfillment.

Secure checkout

Do not email us a full card number, CVV, password, or one-time verification code. We do not ask you to pay by personal transfer, cryptocurrency, or a payment link outside the store checkout. We do not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals through this catalog.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
